The Gathering Session | Event Consulting
$125 Single Session $225 Two-Session Package For couples and hosts who are planning their own celebration but want expert guidance before making more decisions, spending more money, or getting buried in the details. The Gathering Session gives you a thoughtful second set of eyes on your event. Together, we can talk through your vision, priorities, guest flow, decor plans, budget decisions, rentals, timeline concerns, and the details that are easiest to overlook when planning on your own. The Helping Hand | Intimate Event Coordination
You planned it. You sourced it. You made the signs, booked the vendors, and know exactly how you want the day to feel. Now you need someone else to help carry it. The Helping Hand is designed for intimate DIY celebrations with fewer than 50 guests. Blu Manor steps in before the event to understand your plans, then becomes your calm, capable point person when it is time to bring everything together. Includes: One planning handoff meeting approximately 2–4 weeks before the event One final check-in Review of your event timeline and key vendor details Creation or refinement of a simple event-day timeline Up to 5 hours of on-site coordination Vendor arrival guidance Basic timeline oversight Guest flow support Light placement of pre-prepared client decor Event-day troubleshooting One primary Blu Manor coordinator Designed for events with fewer than 50 guests. Starting at $450 Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and wedding coordination typically begin at $495. Additional hours, rehearsal coordination, teardown, and additional assistants may be added as needed. Blu Manor rentals are not included.
The Curated Celebration | Design, Styling & Coordination
For celebrations where the look of the event matters just as much as how it runs. The Curated Celebration combines creative direction, hands-on styling, and event coordination into one flexible service. Blu Manor helps shape the visual story of your event, refine how the pieces work together, and thoughtfully style the space so it feels cohesive, welcoming, and distinctly yours. This service is designed for clients who want to remain involved in their celebration but need help turning ideas into a polished, intentional experience. Includes: Initial planning and design consultation Creative direction for the overall event aesthetic Custom event mood board Color, texture, and material guidance Decor and rental recommendations Styling plan for key event areas Guidance for linens, tabletop, signage, and focal moments Final logistics meeting Event-day timeline creation or refinement Vendor arrival coordination Hands-on setup of approved decor elements Styling of key focal areas Placement of approved client-provided decor On-site coordination and event-day troubleshooting Starting at $895 Intimate events under 50 guests typically fall between $895–$1,150. Events with larger guest counts, multiple focal areas, or more involved setup typically begin at $1,250. Blu Manor rentals, florals, purchased materials, custom fabrication, additional assistants, and post-event teardown are quoted separately.
The Estate Edit | Full-Service Creative Direction, Installation & Coordination
Some celebrations begin with a blank space. A field. A backyard. A tent. A private home. A raw venue. A collection of beautiful ideas that need someone to see how the entire environment comes together. The Estate Edit is Blu Manor’s most involved service, created for celebrations with layered logistics, multiple styled areas, significant setup needs, or spaces that require a stronger creative and operational hand. This is where we think beyond individual decorations and consider the full experience: arrival, movement, atmosphere, transitions, gathering spaces, visual anchors, lighting, and the feeling guests carry with them throughout the event. Includes: In-depth planning and design consultation Full creative direction Custom visual concept and mood board Color, texture, and material direction Multi-area styling plan Guest flow and spatial guidance Rental and decor recommendations Coordination guidance for key creative vendors Final logistics meeting Event-day timeline creation or refinement Vendor arrival coordination Hands-on installation of approved decor elements Styling across multiple event zones On-site coordination and troubleshooting Up to 8 hours of on-site service Best for: backyard weddings, tented celebrations, private estate events, raw spaces, ceremony and reception combinations, and events with substantial DIY inventory. Starting at $1,500 Final pricing is based on event scope, guest count, installation complexity, location, staffing needs, and teardown requirements. Blu Manor rentals, florals, purchased materials, custom fabrication, specialty equipment, and complex installations are quoted separately.
The Styled Collection | Rentals, Delivery & Event Installation
Beautiful pieces, with as much or as little help as you need. The Styled Collection gives you access to Blu Manor rental pieces along with flexible delivery, styling, installation, and retrieval options. Choose the level of support that fits your event, from simple self-styled rentals to full installation and post-event removal. Self-Styled Rentals Reserve your Blu Manor pieces, pick them up during your scheduled collection window, style them your way, and return them after the event. Delivery Only | Starting at $75 + rentals Blu Manor delivers your reserved pieces to one approved event location. Setup and styling remain in your hands. Styled Setup | Starting at $175 + rentals Includes delivery, placement, and thoughtful styling of Blu Manor rental pieces according to the approved event plan. Styled Setup + Retrieval | Starting at $275 + rentals Includes delivery, placement, styling, and scheduled post-event retrieval. Full Installation + Post-Event Removal | Starting at $450 + rentals Designed for more involved installations such as draped backdrops, arches, layered ceremony spaces, extensive tablescapes, multiple focal areas, outdoor installations, and other transformations requiring additional time or labor. Final pricing is based on rental volume, location, access, installation complexity, staffing needs, and retrieval timing.
