CURATED SIGNATURE | Full Event Styling + Coordination
For celebrations with more moving pieces, more visual layers, and a bigger story to tell. Curated Signature combines creative direction, hands-on styling, and event coordination for gatherings of up to 100 guests. We’ll work with you to create a cohesive vision, think through how guests move through the space, style the details that shape the atmosphere, and help keep the event itself moving once the doors open. From ceremony spaces and welcome moments to tablescapes, signage, lounge areas, dessert displays, and those small details guests may not consciously notice but absolutely feel, this is where planning and visual storytelling meet. CURATED ESTATE | Complex Event Design + Installation + Coordination
Some celebrations begin with a blank space. A field. A backyard. A tent. A private home. A raw venue. A collection of beautiful ideas that need someone to see how the entire environment comes together. Curated Estate is Blu Manor’s most involved service, created for events with layered logistics, multiple styled areas, significant setup needs, or spaces that require a stronger creative and operational hand. This is where we think beyond individual decorations and consider the full experience: arrival, movement, atmosphere, transitions, gathering spaces, visual anchors, lighting, and the feeling guests carry with them throughout the event. Includes: In-depth planning and design consultation Full creative direction Custom visual concept and mood board Color, texture, and material direction Multi-area styling plan Guest flow and spatial guidance Rental and decor recommendations Coordination guidance for key creative vendors Final logistics meeting Event-day timeline creation or refinement Vendor arrival coordination Hands-on installation of approved decor elements Styling across multiple event zones On-site coordination and troubleshooting Up to 8 hours of on-site service Best for: backyard weddings, tented celebrations, private estate events, raw spaces, ceremony and reception combinations, multi-zone events, and celebrations with substantial DIY inventory. BLU MANOR RENTALS + STYLING
Beautiful pieces, with as much or as little help as you need. Blu Manor rental pieces may be booked on their own or paired with delivery, styling, installation, and post-event retrieval. Because every event and space is different, labor is priced separately from the rental collection itself. This allows you to choose the level of support that makes sense for your celebration. SELF-STYLED RENTALS Pickup + Return Rental pricing varies by collection Perfect for creative clients who want to style everything themselves. Reserve your Blu Manor pieces, pick them up during your scheduled collection window, style them your way, and return them after the event. Includes: Reserved Blu Manor rental pieces Scheduled pickup Scheduled return Basic care and handling guidance Delivery, setup, styling, and teardown are not included. DELIVERY ONLY We’ll get it there. You take it from there. Starting at $75 + rentals A simple option for clients who want Blu Manor pieces delivered to the venue but prefer to handle setup and styling themselves. Includes: Scheduled delivery of reserved Blu Manor rental pieces Drop-off to one approved event location Delivery pricing is based on distance, order size, access requirements, stairs, parking, and requested delivery window. Starting at $75 + rentals STYLED SETUP Delivery + Placement + Styling Starting at $175 + rentals For clients who want the pieces and the eye behind them. Blu Manor will deliver your reserved rental collection and thoughtfully style the approved pieces according to the agreed-upon event plan. Includes: Delivery of reserved Blu Manor rentals Placement of rental pieces Styling according to the approved design plan Basic on-site adjustments Post-event retrieval is not included unless added separately. Starting at $175 + rentals STYLED SETUP + RETRIEVAL From arrival to afterglow. Starting at $275 + rentals We deliver it. We style it. You celebrate. Then we come back for the pieces afterward. This service is ideal for clients who want the visual impact of a professionally styled rental collection without taking on transportation, setup, or post-event packing. Includes: Delivery of reserved Blu Manor rentals Placement and styling Setup according to the approved design plan Scheduled post-event retrieval Starting at $275 + rentals Final pricing is based on rental volume, location, access, installation requirements, and retrieval timing. FULL INSTALLATION + POST-EVENT REMOVAL For the bigger transformations. Starting at $450 + rentals Designed for events that go beyond simple placement. This service is intended for more involved installations such as draped backdrops, arches, layered ceremony spaces, extensive tablescape styling, multiple focal areas, candle-heavy designs, outdoor installations, and other transformations requiring additional time or labor. May include: Delivery Full installation Styling across one or more event areas On-site adjustments Post-event removal Packing and retrieval of Blu Manor pieces Starting at $450 + rentals Complex installations, late-night removal, additional staffing, custom fabrication, florals, and specialty equipment are quoted separately.
